All orders will be dispatched between Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays or if you have items on dispatch delay / pre-order or presale, please read here for more information.

While we always aim to deliver with the estimated delivery times found here, we’re unable to 100% guarantee that you will receive the order within this time. Our couriers can experience delays from time to time and customs clearance can also cause some delays. CRZ YOGA will not be responsible for any losses due to delayed delivery. If you are planning to travel we recommend allowing sufficient time for your delivery.

Our couriers may contact you via email or phone in regards to your delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays should you be uncontactable. In cases where your parcel is returned due to being uncontactable, the return shipping fees will be deducted from your order value.

Buyers are responsible for providing a safe, secure, and accurate delivery address for their orders. CRZ YOGA cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.In the event your parcel is missing upon delivery, please contact the courier for proof of delivery as our shipping options allow delivery to a safe place. If proof of delivery is provided and you are still unable to locate your parcel, please email support@crzyoga.com for further assistance. Please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcels. If a replacement is offered, it will not be eligible to return for refund. 

Pickup Responsibility Policy for Israel and Other Countries 

All packages shipped to Israel, Germany, Spain, and other applicable countries must be picked up within the designated pickup period. If the package is not collected by the buyer within the specified timeframe, the responsibility for any delays, re-shipping costs, or package destruction will fall on the buyer. CRZ YOGA is not liable for packages that are not retrieved in time.

If your parcel arrives damaged, the item is damaged, or any items are missing, please keep all received items and packaging materials. Kindly take clear photos of the received products and the shipping label on the parcel, then contact our Customer Service Team by emailing support@crzyoga.com or clicking the popup in the bottom-right corner for quick assistance. After verifying the situation, we will provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Please take care when opening your parcel to avoid damaging the product, especially when using scissors, knives, or other sharp objects. CRZ YOGA is not responsible for any damage caused during the opening process.

Please note that after initiating an order cancellation, there may be instances where the order is still processed and shipped due to timing discrepancies in our system updates and shipping allocation processes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order is shipped despite your cancellation request, we recommend waiting to receive the package before initiating a return. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the order amount.

1. 30-Day Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item doesn’t fit, or you simply changed your mind, you can request a return and refund within 30 days. We will gladly accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund under the following condition:

* Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, NEW with tag, returned in the original plastic bag packaging.

* For Bulk Sale orders, items cannot be returned once purchased.

* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.

* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

If you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days, you can request after-sales service within 30 days.

Important Notes:

* To better serve you, please inspect your items upon delivery and submit any claims within 30 days.

* Claims made after 30 days, or damages caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear, or incorrect washing, cannot be accepted.

* We reserve the right to make the final assessment on all return requests and product conditions.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale are heavily discounted clearance products.

1. Return Policy for Final Sale Items

You can return Final Sale items within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued for the full product price (excluding return shipping) once the returned item is received and inspected.After 14 days, Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than a defect.

Items cannot be returned after 14 days for reasons including (but not limited to):
• Change of mind
• Size or fit concerns
• Preference on fabric feel, thickness, or comfort
• Normal variation in fabric texture or feel
• Style suitability
• Colour differences due to lighting or screen display
• Minor loose threads that do not affect wear
• Damage resulting from wear, washing, or external factors after use
• Wrinkles, creases, or folds caused by packaging or shipping

2. What qualifies as a defect

If you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days, you can request after-sales service within 30 days.

A return or refund may be provided if the item has a genuine manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, such as:
• Holes, tears, or visible damage upon arrival
• Broken seams or serious stitching issues affecting normal wear
• Incorrect item received

3. How to report an issue

If you believe your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@crzyoga.com within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for assessment.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email us at support@crzyoga.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address.

* Please follow our steps emailed to you to contain certain packaging information when return the item so we can successfully process your returns.
* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs, customs, taxes and all the other fees of returning the product to us.
* Please return the package with a valid tracking number for your personal insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages.

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it’s received. We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Our site does not offer an exchange policy, please submit a new order for your new items.
