I have this bra now in 3 colours. Very comfortable and I find it to be medium in support. I am a natural 12DD/14D in other bras (34DD/36D) and buy these in size large - as per their size chart. Bra is perfect for light or medium intensity exercise like strength training or walking but I would probably want something more supportive if I was say running.

Best sports bra ever

As someone who does all kinds of different training: mainly weight training and running, there is no other bra I would buy! This has the best support and if I could afford to buy it in every single colour, I would! But I have it in 3 colours now and it’s always my go-to sports bra! Also have the exact same bra from Lulu and it is a completely dupe- even the inner stitching is the same. So you just know you’re getting amazing quality!
